Delight your guests with one of these bite-sized Halloween cake pop recipes:

Pumpkin Cake Pops: This pumpkin cake pop recipe is delicious and super simple. Incorporate one of the most classic flavors of the fall season and decorate for Halloween fun.

Ingredients:
  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package spice cake mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 tub of cream cheese frosting
  • Candy sticks
  • Chocolate (or black) candy melts
  • Orange candy melts
  • Green candy melts
  • Edible orange glitter
Instructions:
Mix the can of pumpkin with the cake mix until smooth. Pour into a greased 9x13 baking pan and bake for 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F. When the cake is completely cooled, crumble it with a fork or in a food processor. In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese frosting with the crumbs until it forms a doughy mixture. Roll scoops of the mixture into balls and set on a cookie sheet. Push the candy sticks into the cake balls and refrigerate until they are firm. Melt the orange candy melts on a double boiler or in the microwave and dip the cake balls so they are completely covered. Cover with edible glitter. Allow to dry on a cookie sheet with parchment paper with the candy sticks standing upright. If you’d rather serve them standing upright, push the candy sticks into a piece of Styrofoam and let dry. Then melt the green and black candy melts and put them into plastic bags. Cut a small corner off the bags and give your pumpkins faces!

Candy Corn Cake Pops: This Halloween cake pop recipe is very versatile and can be decorated however you want. Cake pops can double as a cute candy corn decoration until you’re ready to hand them out!
Ingredients:
  • 1 box white cake mix
  • 1 tub of vanilla frosting
  • Candy sticks
  • Yellow candy melts
  • Orange candy melts
  • White candy melts
Instructions:
Make the cake according to the directions on the package and cool completely. Crumble the cake completely using a fork or a food processor. In a large bowl, mix the cake crumbs and the frosting until it forms a doughy consistency. Mold the dough into triangles (the shape of candy corn) and insert the candy sticks into the triangle base. Refrigerate the cake pops until they are firm. Melt all three colors of candy melts separately. Dip the cake pops into the yellow candy melts, coating completely, and allow to cool. Next, dip them into the orange candy melts so that ⅔ of the cake pop is covered and let cool. Finally, dip the top ⅓ into the white candy melts and let dry.
